Kuen Kang Machinery Industrial Corp, the former of Kailien Enterprise Co., Ltd., was engaged in manufacturing single screw extrusion machine at the early stage. Established for over 50 years, we have designed diverse extrusion machine line and provided customers the best technology and service.

- Two stage mixing design: First stage is in high speed for hot mixing, heating the temperature until the setting temperature, then discharge to the cooling mixer automatically.
- With the auto measuring system and transport system, it can save the manpower and reach higher efficiency for mixing.

- Barrel material: JIS SACM-1 with Nitrogen treatment, with high durability.

- Single screw profile extruder can produce any shape of profile products such as PVC soft strips, IC tube, curtain, door board, wall board, wave board, ceiling board, PVC foam board, wire trunk, WPC products...etc.
- Twin screw profile extruder can produce any shape of profile products such as door board, wall board, wave board, ceiling board, PVC foam board, wire trunk, WPC products...etc.
- According to the profile products, we are able to design the machine to meet customers' need.
- Use the precise SCR control system to control heating rate and other functions to make the system more stable and energy-saving.
- The barrel and screw are made by SACM1 with special treatment. The materials are from Japan, which have longer durability and better quality.
