Chumpower offers wide range of SBM models to suit all kinds of packaging needs in PET.
For new market players, Chumpower offers Phoenix series machines as cost-effective solutions for 0.3 to 1.5L for water and CSD applications at output of ranging 2000-6000BPH. For 200-300bpm bottling line, Chumpower offers linear series machine at single-cavity output of 2250bph, which translates to output of ranging from 13500bph to 24000bph depending on number of cavity.
Chumpower’s linear machines are currently the fastest in the industry.
For generic packaging application, Chumpower offers single stage injection blow molding machine. It is suitable for smaller production run but wide product applications such as cosmetic, pharmaceutical, daily-use, household, and condiment. Chumpower’s single stage machine can process in several types of materials such as PP, PET, PETG, and Tritan. Tritan has been the material of choice in re-usable water bottle which does not release BPA and capable to withstand temperature up to 90 Celsius degrees.
