AU-01 Semi-Auto Auger Type Powder Metering Filling Machine (Micro Volume)

Designed for metering, filling all the free flow and non-free flow powder products with micro volume, such as Chinese/Western medicine powder, chemical powder, biological powder... etc

  • Range of filling and metering: 0.1 ~ 5 g.
  • Filling accuracy tolerance is within ±3%.

STS-01 Automatic Bag Forming Metering Filling Packaging Machine (Small Package - Powder)

Designed for metering, filling various kinds of powder and granular products, such as flour, crude sugar, seasoning flavor, salt, MSG, chemical powder, biological powder... etc., into bags/sachets.

  • Range of filling and metering: 1 ~ 50 g. (Easy to change capacity by simply changing the auger).
  • Packaging Speed: 45 ~ 60 bags/min(Vary with different products, and filling weight.)
  • Packaging Method: 3-side sealing, 4-side sealing,3-side back sealing.
  • Press-close type sealing mechanism by air operated for ensuring smooth appearance of product without pin-hole problem. No material exists at a sealing position that assures superior tightness of sealing.
  • Printing point photocell sensor is easy to adjust for eliminating waste of packaging film. Or simply input packaging length for the same purpose.
  • Minimum sealing temperature variation. Employ PID calculation to maintain temperature tolerance within ±2˚C.
  • Self-diagnostic function. Whenever there’s an error occurs, such as no packaging film, no color tape, photocell sensor error, excessive or under sealing temperature or air pressure failure... etc, the machine will stop automatically, and the screen will display the problem points and trouble-shooting instructions.
  • Nitrogen gas filling device is available to be added on for allowing the oxygen existing in a product to be controlled within fewer than 2%.Strip packaging is available.

SM-300 Automatic Rotary Type Auger Metering Filling Plugging & Capping Machine

Designed for high production automatic filling of various powder and granular products into plastic bottles and sectional bottles with plug insertion and cap sealing function. Applicable products include bottled medicine and Chinese herbs powder... etc.

  • Range of filling and metering: 1 ~ 50 g. (Easy to change capacity by simply changing the auger).
  • Filling Speed: 60 ~ 80 bottles/min (Vary with different products, and filling weight.)
  • Suitable for high production bottled products with plug insertion and cap sealing function.
  • It can be operated together with a can/bottle conveyor for providing continuous filling operation.
  • Transmission system of the filling machine is driven by Japan Mitsubishi servo motor for high accuracy and stability.
  • The filling system features automatic bottle guide, bottle positioning elevation and vibration filling.
