TYR Y Type Extruder is for hot feed extruding rubber compounds. Energy saving by one power driven unit to meet all the requirements of operation, easy to clean with movable chamber, barrel and die for restart the production line in sharply short period.
The twin taper screws ”bite” and feed the rubber compound into a horizontal roller die for automatic and continuous sheeting, while large volume cooling jackets in the feeder and roller die section imparts effective cooling to the rubber compound.
Our company developed a kneader which adopts hydraulic pressure pressurization and the machinery itself re-enforce the structural. SKM output much more then KNEADER, also has the advantages KNEADER has.
