QC-548D2 is the table type universal material testing machine which is equipped with 7" touch color screen for stand alone operation. User can also add the micro printer additionally to print out the real-time result. It's a machine suitable for the product line and those who require quick testing.
Our exclusive motor control and calculus system can increase the DC motor's control efficiency and make its ability nearly the same as servo motor. The machine will auto modify the rotating speed to reach the best speed performance. The digital type speed setting and one key test start function will highly improve the operation convenience and efficiency.
The optional software can connect the PC to operate the tensile, compression, bending, peeling and other various tests and analysis. It can support with not only different languages mode but also the metric/imperial units switching. The software can help to provide a complete analysis functions and the test module.


This tester can test thermoplastic melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR), QC-652S can perform ISO/ASTM standards test methods, equip with touch panel that guide user to precisely and smoothly proceed with test. It also has analysis function and flash drive save function.
Optional accessories can be selected according to different materials properties, such as high flow material block mechanism or MVR volume test mechanism to proceed with various tests.


The Computerized Impact Testing Equipment is designed for macromolecule materials. Calculate the absorbed energy based on the conversion of energy (potential energy → kinetic energy) at the moment of impact. The pendulum manufacturing is a decisive factor for the test result because the speed and the barycenter can be modified.
QC-639P / Q controls pendulum movement automatically to facilitate testing and improve accuracy and is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen. The angle and energy are calculated by an encoder and the system itself calibrates the lost energy compensated for air resistance. Optional proprietary software can analyze, remember and export data.
Izod / Charpy are two common forms of proof; The jaw and pendulum are easy to replace to meet different test requirements in accordance with ASTM / ISO.


Automated molding steps: place raw material of plastic or rubber into the mold, and press start button to pre-press specimens, then heating, forming and cooling. Make raw materials be shaped by molding, and become a sample for testing, color comparing or can be used as basis of factory mass production. Match with latest controller, dialogue windows make users understand setting and process easily. Users can grasp energy, time and temperature immediately by controller’s diagram. Furthermore, there are various selections of units; users can save more time from manual calculating.
